Because we value your time we have a “Two-Time” appointment system. The first time that we will assign you is the “Show” Time: the time that you need to arrive at our office, to allow us time to process your paperwork, obtain medical tests, take x-rays, etc.
The second time we will assign you is the “Room” Time: the time we expect to place you in an examination room to see the doctor. Our providers strive to see you within 5-20 minutes from the time you are placed in an exam room. It is more important to afford you the time you need with Dr. Littlefield or Dr. Worthingstun, rather than spending less time with you to stay "on schedule." However we do plan, and do everything we can, to stay "on schedule" because we know your time is valuable. Please understand that if we are running late, you too will get every minute that you need with the doctor during your visit.
Self-Pay Rates
- Uninsured/self pay patients are seen at Cumming office for an $150 initial consultation including x-rays (if you already have x-rays, please bring those).
- Uninsured/self pay patients are seen at the Johns Creek office for an $150 for initial consultation. X-rays may be an additional fee at this location, but are discounted.
To schedule your appointment with Dr. Littlefield or Dr. Worthingstun at either the Cumming or Johns Creek / Duluth location, call 678.608.1951. Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Patients are seen Monday through Friday, with appointments available as early as 7:00 am and as late as 6:00 pm on selected days. We will be happy to work around your busy schedule!
